Payment Options
Credit Card
IDentiphoto accepts these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We authenticate all credit card transactions and will ship directly to the billing address for the credit card unless directed otherwise. We also cooperate with local and Federal authorities to prosecute every incident of credit card fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
Sales Tax
We must charge sales tax if you are located in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other state at this time.
Note: In some states you may be required to file a sales and/or use tax return, and to pay sales/use tax on certain items. Please check your state's sales tax regulations.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs are added at time of check-out. IDentiphoto's primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS). Our default shipping method is via ground service but you can modify this at checkout. Cost for each shipping method will be shown. Tracking information will be provided with your invoice when your order ships.
In-stock Orders
Any order received before 2 p.m. EST for stocked items such as badge accessories, ribbon consumables and PVC cards are customarily shipped the same day.
Backordered Items
If any item you ordered is currently on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail, and provide you with an estimated ship date. IDentiphoto does not charge your credit card until your order has shipped.
Technology Card Orders
Normal delivery on any proximity or smart card technology cards including but not limited to HID Prox, HID Indala and AWID cards is approximately 7 - 10 business days from order placement. This timeframe may change without notice. To double check the delivery time frame on your proximity or smart card order, please email sales@identiphoto.com or Chat Live now.
Custom Orders
Normal turn-around timeframe on custom orders vary depending on item. As a general rule, please allow approximately 3 - 4 weeks for delivery after proof approval for all custom lanyards, badge reels, ID Badge Backers or custom cards.

Minimum Quantities
Products are sold per package or per each in the case of technology cards. Be sure to check the number of items per package as well as the minimum order requirement as it will vary per product.
Custom Items
We can custom print cards, labels, badge holders and a wide variety of attachments with your logo, mission or safety message. All custom items are subject to plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered and will be invoiced accordingly for any such overage or underage. Once placed, all custom orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without prior authorization. In such a case, a cancellation charge may apply and all related pre-production and/or production cost, such as artwork layout, will be invoiced.
Limited Warranty/Limitation of Liability
IDentiphoto does not provide any express or implied warranty of its products.
If any of the equipment delivered to the customer is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty, IDentiphoto will cooperate with the customer to process a claim under that warranty.
IDentiphoto will not be liable in any event for any special, exemplary, consequential, incidental or indirect damages.
