Equipment Repair & Rental

As a certified Evolis and Fargo repair facility, our in-house factory-trained technicians can handle any hardware issue you encounter with either our phone or depot service.

Should you need equipment to handle an event, re-badge, etc.? We have a rental pool on-site.

Support packages are available on selected components originally purchased from IDentiphoto LLC. Due to varying hardware and software components, pricing varies. Customized annual on-going support and/or maintenance plans are also available.

Silver – Annual Phone Support Package

Provides coverage for both hardware and software for one year from date of purchase.

  • Extends standard 60 days of phone support to one (1) year
  • Preferred support status for software and all hardware for one (1) year
  • Unlimited domestic phone support for software and hardware during office hours for the length of the contract – including remote-in assistance
  • Priority e-mail support at sales@identiphoto.com

Gold Maintenance – Support and Maintenance Package

Provides coverage on our ID badging, visitor management, tracking and verification software and equipment for three (3) years from date of purchase.

  • Preferred support status for software and all hardware for three (3) years
  • Unlimited domestic phone support for software and hardware during office hours for the length of the contract, includes remote-in assistance.
  • One (1) technical service annually - badge design layout or one hour of training
  • Priority e-mail support at sales@identiphoto.com.
  • Includes three (3) printer tune-ups per contract period.
    • Units will be upgraded with all retro-fittable upgrades (including drivers and firmware) introduced by the manufacturer.
    • General maintenance to be performed according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
      • Thorough cleaning, assessment, and adjustments
      • Complete preventative maintenance
      • Assure optimum performance
      • Return shipping via UPS ground at no cost

Printer Warranty – Extended Support, Service, and Maintenance Package

Provides coverage for your direct-to-card or reverse transfer printer only for three (3) years from date of purchase.

  • Preferred support status for printer for three (3) years from date of purchase
  • Unlimited domestic phone support for the printer during office hours for the length of the contract.
  • Priority e-mail support at sales@identiphoto.com
    • Unlimited Service Coverage - Covers all depot repairs, labor pricing, and all parts
    • Includes loaner printer if repair of printer extends beyond three (3) days
    • Includes three (3) printer tune-up(s) per contract period
    • Units will be upgraded with all retro-fittable upgrades (including drivers and firmware) introduced by the manufacturer.
    • General maintenance to be performed according to manufacturer’s specifications.
      • Thorough cleaning, assessment, and adjustments
      • Complete preventative maintenance
      • Assure optimum performance
    • Return shipping via UPS ground at no cost.

  • Complete comprehensive coverage for three (3) years - including print heads, normal wear, and tear and accidental damage
  • Printer product warranty extended by one year
    • Unlimited Service Coverage – covers all depot repairs, labor pricing, and all parts
  • Includes loaner printer if repair of printer extends beyond three (3) days.
  • Unlimited domestic phone support for the printer during office hours for the length of contract – including remote-in assistance.
  • Includes three (3) printer tune-up(s) per contract period

  • Software technical support
    • Upgrade assistance
    • Receive all major and minor upgrades throughout the duration of the agreement
    • The user can request a new activation of the software license in case of system failure.
