PerfectPass School administrators can quickly scan student IDs from any desktop web-browser (or the free IOS mobile app) to view/verify the student photo and information, print passes (additional hardware required), assign warnings, and manage detentions. Key features include:
- Automates the process in which tardy students and other violations are processed
- RapidScan feature to batch process students for a specific violation in seconds – specifically scanning ID barcodes to record students as “tardy-to-school”
- Creates a report for ProgressBook/ATT2SIS import
- Scans barcode on ID card for student information, class schedule, and discipline history
- Prints detention notices with photo, violation type, and barcode
- Automatically schedules detentions taking into account dates and availability
- Easily configure rules based on current policies (i.e., three tardies equal detention, etc.)
