EPIC Track is a basic tracking solution that can be used to track people, places, and things for daily use or during special events. The software provides a time stamp during check in and out by scanning a person's barcode ID, an asset barcode tag or selects from a drop-down list of data such as locations.

EPIC Track-SE is an instant self-enrollment application used to register small or large groups of new members on the spot and check them into events or locations. With EPIC Track-SE, you can perform membership registration and event tracking from anywhere, anytime for anybody!

Mobile devices used for event registration and check in can connect via public WiFi, local WiFi or cellular using the Epic Track App.

With Epic Track, you can:

  • Sell and distribute membership cards and tags by issuing preprinted member cards from anywhere.
  • Allow members or event attendees to self-register using their smartphone or self-scanning with a kiosk device (*with EPIC Track-SE).
  • Assign assets during check in/out.
  • Track members at events/locations using that person’s unique QR barcode.
  • Manage events using a count threshold with one member scan per event.
  • Check member status in real-time and generate reports on all member data and activity during events they have participated in.

Epic Track Server is flexible and easy to use. With a cloud-based design, there is no server install or configuration necessary. Data used to build lists within Epic Track Server can come from:

  • Existing ID Systems
  • CSV Files
  • BadgePass
  • Mobile Solutions
  • Mobile ID 1.0 or other ODBC source
