Cancellations

You may only cancel items from your order that are currently in a backorder status and are not custom items. If you would like to cancel backordered items from your order, please contact our customer care team at (800) 860-9111 as soon as possible.

Items that have already entered the shipping process can NOT be canceled.

Custom orders cannot be fully cancelled. If you cancel a custom order, you will be responsible for all costs incurred for production up to the cancellation date plus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Once placed, all custom orders are confirmed with the customer and an artwork layout will be provided digitally for final approval.
