HID Asure ID Software
HID Asure ID is a powerful badging software that allows organizations to easily create and manage secure photo ID cards. The software resides locally on a computer and offers a variety of features and capabilities, depending on which version you choose. If you are interested in a cutting-edge, cloud-based solution, we also offer HID Fargo Connect.
Asure ID has four versions to select from, depending on the specific needs of your badging solution.
Asure ID Solo is the entry-level version of the software and is ideal for small businesses and organizations that need to create a limited number of ID cards—200 or fewer. It includes basic design and editing tools and the ability to print cards on a desktop printer.
Asure ID Express is the next step up and offers more advanced features and capabilities. It includes advanced design and editing tools and the ability to print cards on a network printer. This version is ideal for small to medium-sized organizations that need to create a moderate number of ID cards.
Asure ID Enterprise includes all the features and capabilities of the other versions, as well as enables multiple workstations to share a common database over a network, whether Asure ID is installed on a PC or a Windows® Pro Tablet. Asure ID Enterprise also is an ideal option because it allows for an unlimited number of records in the database.
Asure ID Exchange is the top-of-the-line version of the software and is designed for large organizations that need to create a large number of ID cards. It includes all the features and capabilities of the other versions, as well as additional advanced features such as support for smart card encoding and integration with access control systems.

In addition to an Asure ID software license, you will need an ID Badge Printer, Printer Ribbon, ID Cards to print on, and a Photo Capture Device if you plan to include pictures on your badges to get started.
